N - user's number
login - user's name
max notes - maximum number of notes this user can create
notes in use - n(n1,n2,n3),
n - how many notes are created
n1 - number of notes with high priority
n2 - number of notes with normal priority
n3 - number of notes with low priority
Maximum number of notes user can create is limited in Administrative tools
low security level - max number of notes for Guest account.
normal security level * - max number of notes for certain account.
high security level - max number of notes for Admin account.

Note: * If number of notes for Guest account is not zero, any user is able to create new notes by Guest account.

How to change maximum number of notes
› For low security level
Select Guest account and click Modify button.
Change number of notes.
Click OK.
› For normal and high security levels
Select the account you want to modify and click Modify button.
Change number of notes.
Click OK.
How to add new user (account)
Double-click on Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Properties -> Administrative tools'.
Click Add button.
Enter necessary information.

Click OK.
How to modify user (account) information
Double-click on Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Properties -> Administrative tools'.
Select user you want to modify and click Modify button
Change the necessary item(s).
Click OK.

Note: Admin and Guest are built-in accounts. Modification for built-in accounts is limited. For Admin account you can change password and number of notes, for Guest account you can change number of notes only.

How to delete user (account)
Double-click on Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Properties -> Administrative tools'.
Choose the user you want to delete and click Delete button.
Click OK.

Note: Admin and Guest are built-in accounts. Built-in accounts can't be deleted.

Click Yes if you really want to delete the account. You will be presented with the window where you can select Yes if you want all notes of this user are also deleted and No if you want to save them.

What is address bar history?
Address bar, also known as the "Location bar", is a text box used to enter a web site address in a browser. Web browsers allow users to click the down arrow to view the recently visited pages. So, the address bar history shows some of the web sites you've recently visited and anyone who has access to your computer and starts to type in the address bar will get a drop down url list with the web sites you've visited. You may not want other people to know what web sites you have visited. Using "Clear history" feature you can completely clear drop down location bar history in Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape and Opera. To clear Url AutoComplete, use "Clear history" feature.
