Start 'Notes PP' with Windows
If you want Notes PP starts with Windows, select Start 'Notes PP' with Windows option. By default, this option is on.
Security level
Depending on your needs you can select one of three security levels.
To change a program security level:
Double-click on Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Properties -> Administrative tools'.
Change program security level. If you change program security level from low to normal/high, a warning window appears - you have to remember the admin password.
Click OK.
Use Recycle Bin
If 'Use Recycle Bin' option is on, all deleted notes are placed to Recycle Bin and can be restored any time you want. If 'Use Recycle Bin' option is off, there is no way to restore deleted notes. By default, this option is on; the set capacity is 10 notes.
Capacity
Using this Recycle Bin setting you can select how many notes may be stored in Recycle Bin at the same time. If number of notes you deleted exceeds Recycle Bin capacity, the oldest note will be removed.
Backup Databases on exit
If 'Backup Databases on exit' option is on, Notes database backup and Address book database backup are made any time you exit the program or shut down/restart your PC. This protects your notes and Address book from system failures and lets your revert to an older version of your notes database and Address book database when necessary.

backup_notespp_version_YYYY-MM-DD--HH-MM-SS.dat, e.g. backup_notespp_8.1_2007-05-22--06-29-58.dat
Address book database backup file format:
backup-addrbook_version_YYYY-MM-DD--HH-MM-SS.dat, e.g. backup-addrbook_8.1_2007-05-22--06-29-58.dat

Using Autobackup Capacity you can select how many *.dat files backups may be stored at the same time. If number of *.dat files backups exceeds the Autobackup capacity, the oldest *.dat files will be removed.

 Important:
If Store independent databases for each PC user option (in Administrative tools) is on, backups of database for each user (notes, reminders, address book) is stored in user's Documents and Settings folder:
for Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\MoRUN.net\Npp\
for Windows Vista C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\MoRUN.net\Npp\
If Store and use independent databases for each PC use option (in Administrative tools) is off, all backups are saved to the directory your program is installed in - by default C:\Program Files\MoRUN.net\Notes PP\

• How can I clear AutoComplete history in Internet Explorer?
To clear AutoComplete history in Internet Explorer:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Internet Options".
• Open the "Content" tab.
• Click the "AutoComplete" button.
• Click the "Clear forms" button to clear all AutoComplete form data and/or click the "Clear Passwords" to clear restored passwords.
If you don't want Internet Explorer to save this data in the future, you may remove check marks from the necessary check boxes.
