Windows stores a list of documents and files you have recently opened and worked with. Anyone who has access to your computer can see this recent documents list and link to any of the items that you've opened. 'Delete Recent Documents list' feature allows you easily delete recent documents list located in Start menu.
How to delete recent documents list:
Double-click on Delete History Free desktop icon

Click 'Tools' button in the toolbar.
Select What to Delete item.
Check 'Delete Recent Documents list' option.

To delete recent documents list click 'Delete now' button or click 'Delete All' button in program toolbar.
