All information about web sites you visit is stored in Browser History Files and anyone who has access to your computer can see what web sites you visited. Delete History Free allows you to delete Internet History in Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape and Opera. Note: "Delete browser history" for Internet Explorer is combined with deleting the content of index.dat file that contains Internet activity traces and can't be deleted manually as it is used by Windows all the time. "Delete browser history" feature also includes deleting address bar history (URL AutoComplete)
"Delete browser history" for Mozilla, Firefox, Opera includes removing tracks of recently downloaded files (clears download list).
"Delete browser history" for Internet Explorer also removes the path you used for the last file(s) saving. Internet Explorer remembers the path you used for the last file(s) saving. And next time when you want to save the downloaded file/picture, Internet Explorer opens the folder that was used for the last file(s) saving.
To Delete browser history:
- Double-click the Delete History Free tray icon or right-click the Delete History Free tray icon and select the Open Main Window item.
- Click the Tool button in the toolbar
 .
- Select What to Delete item.
- Check the Delete Browser History option.
- Select the browser(s). You can Delete History for several browsers* simultaneously.
- Click the Delete now button.

Delete address bar history (URL AutoComplete)
Address bar, also known as the "Location bar", is a text box used to enter a web site address in a browser. Web browsers allow users to click the down arrow to view the recently visited pages. So, the address bar history shows some of the web sites you've recently visited and anyone who has access to your computer and starts to type in the address bar will get a drop down url list with the web sites you've visited. You may not want other people to know what web sites you have visited. Using "Delete history" feature you can completely clear drop down location bar history in Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape and Opera.
