Windows temporary folder (Windows Temp folders) stores Windows and other programs temporary files. Windows temporary folder contain files from programs you no longer have installed or files which may violate your privacy. Check the 'Empty Windows Temporary Folders' option.

Click the 'Clear' button or click the 'Clear All' button in program toolbar.
