Secure Reminder is desktop reminder software that helps you take control of your daily tasks and events, better manage your time and information and easily communicate with others.
You can Secure Reminder to create one-time desktop reminders as well as recurring desktop reminders (daily reminders, weekly reminders, monthly reminders, etc).

Secure Reminder helps you set one-time or recurring reminders which will inform you about the approaching dates and events and other important matters without interrupting your work.
How to set a reminder
Right-click the note and select 'Settings ->Alarm set'.
Select Alarm on.
Select the 'Reminder' option.
Set the date and time for the reminder.
To set a recurring reminder, select the 'Repeat' option and select one of the following options
repeat the reminder the set number of times at regular intervals
Select the 'Repeat times' option and set the number of times and a time interval
repeat the reminder constantly at regular intervals
Select the 'Constantly' option and set a time interval
Choose reminder actions (popup note, flash note, read note, play beep, play *.wav file, run program/open file or url, Shut Down Windows).
Click OK.
