Notes ++ is multifunctional desktop Sticky Notes Reminder Software. You can use NotesPP as:
• Reminder software - perfect for making quick reminders on your computer desktop which will inform you about the approaching events and other important matters without interrupting your work. You can set alarm for each sticky note to be reminded at any specified time.
• Sticky Notes software - You can create sticky notes using different fonts and colors; attach files/urls to notes; associate notes with programs, windows and files and more. Notes PP lets you send sticky notes and reminders to your friends and colleagues over LAN/Internet or via e-mail.
• Secure Personal Information Manager(Keeper) - NotesPP is a new way to record, keep and manage important information, dates and events using desktop sticky notes and reminders. The program maintains three security levels, all information is encrypted using the strongest algorithm with 256-bit key AES encryption.
• Address Book- using Address book you can store and organize information about your contacts. Contact information in your Address Book can be organized into different groups.

• Sticky notes customization
|
The appearance of electronic sticky notes is highly customizable. Sticky notes settings are saved automatically.
Changing note size. You can change sticky notes size using zoom commands or manually.
Transparency. Only for Windows 2000/XP. You can vary the degree of note transparency from 0% to 100%.
Title customization (background color, font, font size, font color).
Body customization (background color, font, font size, font color).
Priority(low, normal, high). You can create sticky notes with different priority levels (high, normal, low) to make your work more convenient. Sticky notes with low priority are hidden under other windows; hide icon is yellow  . Sticky notes with normal priority are organized to keep standard Windows order; hide icon for such notes is green  . Sticky notes with high priority are always on the top, hide icon is red  .

Notes++ is perfect for making quick reminders,
which will inform you about the approaching dates and events and other important matters without interrupting your work. With this Computer Sticky Notes software, you can set alarm for each note to be reminded about daily tasks or special dates and events such as birthdays, anniversaries and business meetings at the appointed time.
Different alarm actions. Notes ++ lets you define different alarm actions. So, you can be reminded with
• a pop up or flash note notification;
• playing beep or *.wav files; running programs;
• opening web pages and documents at a specified time;
• computer shutting down
NotesPlusPlus also keeps you informed of the events you missed when the computer was turned off.
Reoccuring alarm. Because of snooze feature reminders can be set to occur as often as you want.

• Organize safe operation in a multi-user environment
|
Three program security levels
You can select one of three program security levels depending on if you want anyone else is able to work with NotesPP on your computer (create, edit, delete notes etc.) or not. The program maintains three security levels (high, normal, low):
- Low security level
All sticky notes are created by Guest account. You can create new sticky notes, work with locked sticky notes or change Administrative tools without password.
- Normal security level
The access to the program and notes is varied for different users (accounts). To create new sticky notes and work with locked notes, you have to know the password. If you want to make changes in Administrative tools, you have to enter the administrative password. If number of notes for Guest account is not zero, any user is able to create new sticky notes by Guest account and work with Guest sticky notes without password (Guest notes have low security level).
- High security level
This program security level is appropriate for one-person use. You can create sticky notes only by admin account. To create new sticky notes and work with locked sticky notes, you have to know the password.
Varied access for different users(accounts). Allows you to protect sticky notes from unauthorized access. If you are using normal or high program security level, access to sticky notes and Administrative tools is protected with password.
Password-protected notes. If you are using normal or high program security level, access to sticky notes is protected with password.
Locking sticky notes 
Auto Lock. If this option is on, sticky notes will be locked automatically after the set period of time.
Title only feature. Lets you hide note's body. For password notes this command is combined with lock command. So, to show password note's body you need to unlock the note.

• Sending sticky notes
|
Sending sticky notes and reminders over LAN or the Internet
You can use Notes++ to send/receive notes to/from your friends or colleagues over LAN or Internet. The notes will appear on the recipient desktop just as they were on yours. To receive notes your friends and colleagues must have Notes++ 5.0 or higher version or another MoRUN.net program* installed and running on their computers. Note: receiving notes is not available on Windows 95/98/ME.
*Sending/receiving notes feature is available in NotesPP 5.0/Secure Reminder5.5/MoRUN.net Sticker 4.5 or higher versions
Furthermore, the program can be used as a reminder service. Using Notes++ you can set up alarm (including recurring alarm) for each note you send to your friends or co-workers to remind them about daily tasks or special dates and events using different alarm actions, set expiration date for the note you are sending.
Sending notes via e-mail
Using NotesPP you can send notes via e-mail. The e-mail will be created using your default e-mail client. Recipient will receive your note in the form of letter with note's body inserted into the e-mail body and title as a subject. You can edit e-mail before sending.
Using NotesPP "Network Settings" you can set up if you want to receive all incoming notes, be asked about receiving a note every time somebody sends you a note, deny all incoming notes.

• Organize sticky notes in Groups
|
Using NotesPP you can organize sticky notes and reminders in Groups according to their nature: to-do lists, addresses, accounts, etc. This feature prevents cluttering of notes on the desktop and lets you quickly and easily access any group of notes.

• Attach files/urls to sticky notes
|
Enables quick and easy access to atachments. Allows you to open web pages and files and run programs that are related(attached) to the sticky notes just by double-clicking on them.

• Associate computer sticky notes with files, programs and windows
|
• "Associate notes with files" feature
Using this feature you can "stick" special notes to the documents (*.doc, *.xml, *.pdf). Jot the idea onto a desktop sticky note and associate it with the document. So, whenever you open the document, the PC note will remind you everything you have to remember. The note appears on the desktop any time you open the file the note is stuck to; if you close the file, the note disappears. The note is hidden if the file it is stuck to is closed. That way important ideas or thoughts will never be lost.
• "Associate notes with windows" feature
Using this feature you can associate notes with any program/window you want. The note appears on the desktop any time you open the program/window the note is stuck to; if you close the program/window, the note disappears. The note is hidden if the program/window it is stuck to is closed.

• Search feature
|
Using "search" feature you can quickly find computer sticky notes with necessary information. To find certain notes just enter search string, specify where you want to search and click the Search button.

• Expiration feature
|
Notes can be set up to expire at the certain time. Expiration feature deletes notes from the desktop and places them to the Recycle Bin (if it is on).

• Address Book
|
Address Book is designed to help you store and organize information about your contacts. It can store all the personal details you could want. Contact information in your Address Book can be organized into different groups. You can easily add names, update contact information, and create groups in your Address Book. Using Export/Import Address Book features you can move your information between different program versions or other applications.

• Save sticky notes in different formats
|

• Automatically backup notes
|
If "Backup Notes on exit" option is on, automatic notes database backup is made any time you exit the program or shut down/restart your PC. This protects your notes from system failures and lets your revert to an older version of your notes database when necessary.

|
Using export/import feature you can easily export/import notes database from one version to another or between different MoRUN.net products.

• Format note's text using paragraph settings
|
• Paragraph Line Spacing
Line spacing determines the amount of vertical space between lines of text in a paragraph. By default, lines are single-spaced. Using "Line spacing" option you can set 1.5 lines, double or multiple line spacing.
• Paragraph alignment
Horizontal alignment determines the appearance and orientation of the paragraph edges: left-aligned, right-aligned, centered.
• Bulleted and Numbered Lists
Working with note's text you can create bulleted and numbered lists. You can quickly add bullets or numbers to existing lines of text, or the program can automatically create lists as you type.

|
Using "Paste as plain text" you can paste the text without original font settings, paragraph settings, etc. So, you will paste the text with your note's font settings.

MoRUN.net Notes PP icon resides in the system tray menu. You just need to click the program icon in the system tray to create and manage sticky notes or access any program options.
Goto option. Use this option to activate the certain note.
