MoRUN.net software includes Address Book feature that lets you use MoRUN.net program as Address Book software/Email Address book programs to make keeping tracks of your contacts (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) simple. "Address Book" feature is designed to help you store and organize information about your contacts addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc. Address book can contain an unlimited number of addresses. It can store all the personal details you could want from names, addresses, phone numbers to birthdays and nicknames. Contact information in your Address Book can be organized into different groups. You may create any number of groups. To show information belonging to the certain Address Book group, just select this Group from the Group List.
You can easily add names, update contact information, and create groups in your Address Book.
Using export Address book/Import Address book capabilities, you can easily export/import Address book data to/from Outlook, Windows Address Book. Address book feature allows you quickly send an e-mail to one or more of your addresses.

Add a Record to your Address Book
- Right-click the program tray icon and select "Address Book" from the program tray menu.
- Select the Group where you want to add a name (record).
- Click the Add Record button.
- Enter information in the necessary fields.
Click each of the other tabs (Main, Home, Business, Personal) to add any information you want such as home address, office phone number, birthday etc.

- Click OK.
Modify a Record in Your Address Book
- Right-click the program tray icon and select "Address Book" from the program tray menu.
- Select the Group where you want to modify a record.
- Select the Record you want to modify and click the Modify Record button.
- Make necessary changes. Click each of the other tabs (Main, Home, Business, Personal) to make changes as needed - for example, click the Home tab to update a home address or phone number.
- Click OK.
Delete a Record from Your Address Book
- Right-click the program tray icon and select "Address Book" from the program tray menu.
- Select the record that you want to delete from your Address Book.
- Click the "Delete Record" button and then click "Yes" when the program asks for confirmation.
Contact information in your Address Book can be organized into different groups. You may create any number of groups. To show records from the certain group, just select this Group from the Group List.
Add a Group to your Address Book
- Right-click the program tray icon and select "Address Book" from the program tray menu.
- Click the New button.
- Enter information in the necessary fields.
- Click OK.
There is no limit to the number of groups you can create.
Modify Group information
- Right-click the program tray icon and select "Address Book" from the program tray menu.
- Choose the Group you want to modify and click the Modify button.
- Make necessary changes.
- Click OK.
"Main" group is a built-in Address Book Group. Modification for this group is limited. You can only check/uncheck "Set as default" option.
Delete a Group from Your Address Book
- Right-click the program tray icon and select "Address Book" from the program tray menu.
- Select the Group you want to delete from the Address Book.
- Click the "Delete" button and then click "Yes" when the program asks for confirmation.
You can't delete the group if it is set as default and/or it is not empty. "Main" Group is a built-in group. It can't be deleted.
Set Default Group
To set a default Address Book Group:
- Choose the necessary Group from the Group List and click the Modify button.
- Put the check mark next to "Set as Default".
- Click OK.
Export Address Book
MoRUN.net Address Book software (Secure Reminder, NotesPP) saves Address Book data in CSV format.
To export an Address Book:
- Right-click th program tray menu and select the "Address Book" item.
- In the "Address Book" window click the "Export" button.
- Enter the name and select the place where you want to export your Address Book.
Import Address Book
To import an Address Book into Secure Reminder or NotesPP Address Book:
- To import an Address Book from another application, you will need the data to be in CSV file format. See how to export Outlook Address Book into CSV format. CSV stands for Comma Separated Values and looks similar to: First Name,Last Name,E-mail Address,Home Street,Home City,....
- Right-click the program tray menu and select the "Address Book" item.
- In the "Address Book" window click the "Import" button.
- Select the CSV file you want to import into the Address Book and click the "Open" button.
- Now you can map the fields you want to import. Address Book software (Secure Reminder or NotesPP) will try to find the best match, however, if there is no corresponding field in the Address Book (it was unable to find the matching) or the matching is not correct, you can change it.
To change mapping:
• Select the field from the "Text field" column and click the "Change mapping" button. In the "Change mapping" window select the most appropriate Address Book field using the drop down menu.
- In the "Select" column put the check mark next to the fields you want to import.
- Click "OK" to add information into Secure Reminder or NotesPP Address Book.
How to export Outlook Address Book into CSV format:
- In Outlook Express select File -> Export -> Other Address Book.
- Then select "Text File (Comma Separated Values)" format and click the "Export".
- This will open the "CSV Export" window. Click the "Browse" button and save your CSV file where you want.
- Click "Next" to continue and select the fields from your Address Book you wish to export by placing a check in the box next to each one and click the "Finish" button.

• How do I set a recurring alarm?
• Select Settings|Alarm set in the context menu. The "Alarm settings" window appears.
• Turn the "Alarm feature" on by selecting Alarm on.
• Choose "Reminder" option.
• Choose alarm date and time.
• Recurring alarm is activated by setting number of repeat times and time interval.
Note: "Next alarm time" field shows when the next alarm event will occur. This field is activated after clicking the "OK" button.
